In addition to our standard products, we present individual solutions using special CONSTELLMAT systems. In particular, these are customized feeding systems that are tailored to the specific requirements of our customers. Below are some examples of special systems.
Mobile swivel container parking space
The mobile swivel container storage area is ideal for extremely limited space conditions. If required, the container can be rotated by the mobile trolley in order to efficiently operate the waste disposal vehicle or the loading system.
Carousel disposal for continuous material feeding
The rotary carousel enables the containers to be moved to the loading position in order to minimize the downtimes of the production systems. Once the container has been completely filled, the carousel rotates automatically, moving the empty container to the loading position and automatically moving the full container to the disposal position.
Screw feeder
Our special systems for auger loading are characterized by the special design of the roof of a CONSTELLMAT container storage area, which enables continuous loading while ensuring safe environmental protection. Once the container has been filled, the roof can be opened and the waste disposal vehicle can remove the container.

Distribution scraper conveyor
Our special system for loading roll-off containers using a distribution scraper conveyor makes it easy to insert and remove the container. The substructure of this system is similar to our ABNW 140-240 container storage system.

Weighing device roll-off container
Our standard systems can be equipped with a weighing device on request. The picture shows the container position with the calibration weights for calibrating the scales. Below you can see the weighing indicator and the special system with the inserted container and the closed canopy.
